Iron Mountain is seeking a meticulous, motivated Data Entry Specialist to join our Operations team.

In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing high volumes of critical business data and ensuring data integrity . You will be the foundation for maintaining organized, high-quality information that supports decision-making across the organization.

What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities)

In this role, you will :

• Ensure the accurate and timely input of a high volume of data from various source documents into internal systems.
• Collaborate with team members and internal stakeholders to identify and resolve discrepancies, maintain data integrity, and ensure smooth information flow.
• Develop and manage reports to provide actionable insights related to data quality and input volume for decision-making.
