Account Manager II

A company is looking for an Account Manager, II to provide processing and sales support for loan applications from Wholesale Loan Brokers.

Key Responsibilities

Main contact for communication and support between Brokers and various departments throughout the loan process

Ensure compliance deadlines are met and monitor incoming documents from Brokers

Proactively monitor the loan pipeline to ensure timely funding and maintain accurate data entry

Required Qualifications

Combination of education and experience equivalent to an associate's degree

Two to five years of experience as a Wholesale Account Manager or mortgage Loan Processor

FHA & VA background with knowledge of RESPA regulations

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously

Experience with Calyx Point and DataTrac preferred
