Overview

St. Luke's Health System in Boise is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Nurse Apprentice (NA) to join our team! (SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE!)

We have full time, part time and flex positions open in various departments (Full Time only for referrals). You will have the opportunity during your interview to discuss units of interest.

Units in the Boise, Meridian, and/or Nampa locations: Not all units will have openings. Shift and FTE are also subject to change.

Responsibilities

• Performs various patient care activities and related nonprofessional services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of patients.
• Assists in identifying patient needs and determining priority of care. Provides care to patients with conditions common to the unit/area of assignment.
• Documents information in patient record.
• Performs various direct patient care activities under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Communicates information with patient care providers and other staff members to facilitate patient care.
• Performs tasks and procedures as ordered by the physician under the supervision of a Registered Nurse consistent with approved protocols, policies, and procedures.
• Performs tasks that require a unique body of knowledge and skills for that area of service.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Education: None
• Experience: 0 years' experience
• Licenses/Certifications: Current CNA Certification in the State of Practice OR Nurse Apprentice letter. American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Provider certification
