Lancesoft is seeking an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse for an exciting Travel Nursing job in Rockford, IL. Shift : 5x8 hr days Start Date : 01 / 05 / 2026 Duration : 13 weeks Pay : $2740 / Week

1 Years of experience as a Home Health RN and in an acute care setting.

Certifications Required : IL license, BLS.

Shift : 8a-5p M-F, every 3rd weekend. Rotating holidays.

Experience in home health, IV therapy.

No local candidates within a 50-mile radius

Milage between visits paid.
