Dispatch Manager

IT DISPATCH MANAGER Saratoga County, NY Fusco Personnel is seeking a Dispatch Manager to work for a growing IT services organization. The selected candidate will coordinate and oversee field service operations in a customer-facing, ticket-driven environment. This role is responsible for scheduling and supporting field technicians, managing service requests, and ensuring service levels are consistently met. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and dispatch field technicians to support installation, repair, and service activities Monitor service requests and incidents through an ITSM / ticketing system Serve as the escalation point for field and customer issues Prepare technicians and customers for onsite service visits Provide remote troubleshooting and service validation prior to ticket closure Ensure accurate documentation and collection of required deliverables Qualifications 2+ years of field services or dispatch experience 2+ years in a customer service–focused role Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred) Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills Salary $70,000-$80,000 Fusco Personnel takes great pride in successfully matching talent and culture for our valued clients.
