Mortgage Loan Originator | Phoenix, AZ

Amazing opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Loan Originator to join a strong, relationship-focused financial institution with excellent benefits, strong internal support, and flexibility. This is a W2, full-time, fully commissioned role with a draw, offering the ability to work onsite or remotely in the Phoenix area.

What you'll do:

• Develop and originate mortgage loans through branches, Realtors, and builders
• Interview applicants and take complete loan applications
• Partner with centralized processing teams to move loans efficiently through the pipeline
• Respond to internal referrals and support relationship-driven business development
• Assist with gathering additional documentation as needed
• Cross-sell banking products and services to deepen client relationships
• Meet production standards while maintaining strong compliance and service quality

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years of mortgage lending experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (advanced degree a plus)
• Strong understanding of mortgage regulations and loan processes
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to work independently
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Flexible schedule and comfort working in a production-driven environment
