Job Title : Admin, Level 2

FLSA Status : Non-exempt

Reports to : Store Manager (or similar position)

POSITION OVERVIEW

Responsible for doing the paperwork, answering phones, greeting customers and some counter sales. This level may support 2 or more locations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provides customers with knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt service while sensitive to their needs.
• A team player committed to continuous improvement.
• Adheres to and supports safe work practices and Commercial Tire's safety guidelines and standards.
• Answers the phone promptly and works with customers on counter sales.
• Greets customers as they come in.
• Light bookkeeping, data entry, end of days, enter tickets, mail, etc.
• Shuttle and / or customer courtesy driver.
• Assist with inventory.
• Clean-up office and waiting area, coffee making, popcorn, and related.
• Product pick-up / delivery.
• Actively participates in training and development opportunities.
• Performs other duties as assigned or needed.
• Quote prices (via computer) in response to customer requests.
• Notifies customer on special order follow-up.
• Recommend additional preventative services to customers.
• Maintain a clean and neat work area.
• Other duties as assigned.
