Michigan Program Manager

A company is looking for a Program Manager to oversee client programs from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all phases of client programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

Negotiate contracts, prepare business plans, budgets, and specifications

Lead cross-functional teams and drive business growth opportunities

Required Qualifications

4-6 years of project / program management experience, ideally in recycling

Post-secondary education in Business, Accounting, or a related field

2+ years of people management experience

Able to pass background check and drug screening

Currently reside in the state of Michigan
