Job Title: Aviation Customer Service Representative

Job Description

Deliver world-class customer service to customers and vendors. Responsible for data entry, maintaining logs and records, client invoicing, parts ordering, and interfacing with customers, vendors, and guests.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to both customers and vendors.

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain logs and records.

• Handle client invoicing and ensure timely processing.

• Order parts efficiently and manage inventory records.

• Interface with customers, vendors, and guests to ensure satisfaction.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 3+ years experience in aviation administration or customer service.

• Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of log entries for parts and maintenance.

• Familiarity with maintaining aircraft/FAA records.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and order entry systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience as an aviation concierge.

• Strong interpersonal skills for effective client interfacing.

Work Environment

The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Candidates must reside within 30 minutes of the facility to ensure punctuality and reliability.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jacksonville, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
