Controller

Local and rapidly growing real estate and property management company is looking for a Controller to lead their accounting team. In this role you'll be responsible for managing accounting and AP staff, reviewing / approving monthly financials in a high volume multi-property environment, process / internal controls improvement, and technology implementation. This is an on-site role where you'll be directly responsible for growing the team, mentoring, teaching, and helping the company improve efficiency and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in a multi-entity or property management environment
• Previous experience managing a team
• Reviewing, managing, approving monthly financials
• Strong GAAP
