Property and Casualty Insurance Specialist

A company is looking for an Insurance Service Specialist - Inbound.

Key Responsibilities

Execute and facilitate insured's service requests while identifying sales opportunities

Review policies with policyholders through inbound calls, direct mail, and email prior to renewal

Counsel policyholders on coverage options, policy limits, and membership benefits

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

3+ years of customer service and / or sales experience in an insurance environment

Active Property and Casualty or Personal Lines license required

Membership license required or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment

Availability to work Monday - Friday, with rotating Saturday shifts
