Key Responsibilities

Perform administrative and clerical tasks to support delivery operations

Manage scheduling, travel coordination, and executive meeting support for the Delivery Team

Facilitate data collection and process improvements within the Delivery Organization

Required Qualifications

Experience interfacing with executives and managing their schedules

Proficiency in G-Suite or other scheduling software

Experience in operations roles within a professional services organization

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

Experience supporting software delivery teams in an operational role
