Schedule : Full-time, Monday-Friday, daylight hours (40 hours / week)

No evenings, weekends, or holidays!

What We're Looking For :

Experience required in :

Rooming patients and preparing them for exams

Taking and recording vital signs accurately

Working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems

Strong communication skills and a commitment to compassionate, high-quality care.

About the Role :

As a Medical Assistant on the Hillman Cancer Center's 2nd Floor, you'll play a critical role in supporting our oncology physician and care team. This fast-paced clinic serves patients across medical oncology, surgical oncology, and benign hematology, creating a dynamic environment for learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist with patient care and administrative tasks

Room patients and take vitals

Register patients and schedule tests / treatments

Maintain exam rooms and stock supplies
