Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, serve as the primary day-to-day contact, escalate issues appropriately, and identify cross-sell opportunities that align to the clients strategic plan
• Oversee the client lifecycle and service model (with support from Senior Consultants / Analysts), manage renewals / negotiations, develop financial models and benchmarking analyses, and coordinate open enrollment and compliance deliverables
• Mentor and review analysts, perform quality reviews of team work, coordinate multi-team project delivery, and ensure timely completion of tasks using internal tools and templates

This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.

Salary range is $85K to $120K per year.
