Founded in 1976 Holy Cross Hospital - Davis has grown into a 220-bed hospital of choice for the flourishing communities of northern Utah. To meet the needs of northern Utahs growing population we opened a brand-new 16000-square-foot healthcare facility in Roy known as the Weber Campus. The Weber Campus which is convenient for patients in Ogden Roy and other neighborhoods west of I-15 currently offers emergency care radiology mammography and 24 / 7 laboratory services. Join our team as a Pharmacy the Pharmacy Tech role you will assist the pharmacist in promoting an organized and functional pharmacy service. Prepares medications for dispensing and maintains records.

Job Requirements

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day qualified Pharmacy Techs will bring the following experience :

• 1 year hospital or retail pharmacy experience preferred (completion of an Accredited Technician training course may substitute for experience)
• Working knowledge of computer systems
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active Pharmacy Technician Certification Provisional Certification or Provisional License (Utah) Required. Provisional Certifications must obtain State Certification within 12 months
• National PTCB required within 6 months of hire

Medium Work - exert / lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally and / or up to 20 lbs. frequently and / or up to 10 lbs. constantly
