Travel Requirement :

  • Minimal travel for training and lead generation

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Greet and Welcome Members : Warmly greet members, create a friendly atmosphere, and develop first-name relationships. Verify check-ins and resolve issues.
  • New Membership Tours and Sign-ups : Conduct tours, assist with enrollment, and explain membership options.
  • Lead Generation / Sales : Understand the services and products we offer in-depth, stay curious, and discover when members need our help in transforming their health and wellness journey.
  • Equipment Cleaning : Regularly sanitize and organize equipment.
  • Facility Maintenance : Ensure a clean, safe environment; put away weights and monitor / report maintenance issues.
  • Customer Service : Respond to inquiries, address concerns, and exceed member expectations.
  • Answering Calls and Message Handling : Handle calls professionally and redirect or take accurate messages.
  • Collaboration and Communication : Maintain effective communication with management and staff.
  • Mail and Package Handling : Receive and distribute mail and packages, ensuring proper tracking.
  • Other Duties : Perform additional tasks as directed by management.

    • Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Basic retail sales knowledge
  • Functional computer skills
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently
  • Flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends
  • Ability to lift 45lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Team player who upholds KlickWay Athletics' values and policies
  • Customer service : 2 years (Preferred)

    • Expected hours : 20 40 per week
