Assembler 3

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an Assembler 3 to join their team. As an Assembler 3, you will be part of the MOTR - Traction Business Unit supporting assembly operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Assembler 3

Location : Mechanicsville, VA

Pay Range : $21

Shift : Working Hours : 6 am - 2 : 30 pm

What's the Job?

Perform basic and complex assembly, wiring, and erection of products and systems under general supervision.

Read and interpret engineering configuration and wiring drawings accurately.

Devise and utilize nonstandard procedures to complete tasks efficiently.

Coordinate work with other groups to ensure meeting project commitments.

Adhere to quality procedures and policies to ensure high standards of work.

What's Needed?

High School diploma or equivalent, with 2-5 years of related assembly experience.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.

Experience with assembly tools, including torque tools, in a factory setting.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to work on-site in a manufacturing environment.
