Position Summary :

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN), reporting directly to the Director of Nursing, is responsible for delivering, coordinating, and evaluating resident care in alignment with physician orders, individualized service plans, and regulatory standards. This role combines hands-on clinical responsibilities—including medication administration, assessments, documentation, and direct resident support—with leadership functions such as guiding care staff, promoting safety initiatives, and ensuring effective communication with residents, families, physicians, and community leadership. By integrating compassionate care with professional expertise, the LPN / RN supports the physical, emotional, and psychosocial well-being of each resident, while fostering a collaborative, resident-centered environment that upholds the community’s standards of excellence.
