Location : Allentown or Reading, PA (Field-Based Role)

Coverage Area : Berks, Carbon, Lehigh, Northampton, and Schuylkill Counties

Compensation : $17.00 – $19.00 per hour (Bi-weekly Pay + Mileage Reimbursement)

Employment Type : Full Time – Hourly

Position Overview

Familiar Roads Home Healthcare is hiring a Bi-Lingual Field Supervisor (English / Spanish) with CNA, HHA, or DCW experience to support our care teams and clients in Berks, Carbon, Lehigh, Northampton, and Schuylkill Counties .

This is a field-based position . The supervisor may reside in any of the listed counties and will travel regularly throughout the region. Base location may be Allentown or Reading, PA , depending on the candidate’s proximity.

You will oversee a team of caregivers, ensure care plan compliance, train staff, and act as a liaison between the field and office teams.

Responsibilities

Supervise DCWs, HHAs, and CNAs providing in-home care across the region

Conduct regular field visits to observe, coach, and support caregivers

Onboard and train new field staff and ensure compliance with state regulations

Support care coordination, client satisfaction, and shift coverage

Respond to client concerns, resolve incidents, and maintain accurate documentation

Collaborate with admin team to manage scheduling and caregiver performance

Provide coverage in emergencies and participate in on-call rotation as needed

Qualifications

CNA, HHA, or Direct Care Worker (DCW) certification required

Must be bilingual – English and Spanish

1+ year of supervisory or team lead experience preferred

Reliable transportation and a valid PA driver’s license

Comfortable traveling between counties regularly

CPR certification preferred

Organized, self-motivated, and committed to high-quality care
