We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Hopkins, Minnesota. This role involves managing various aspects of human resources, such as staffing, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and training. As part of a long-term contract position, you will contribute to creating a supportive and efficient workplace environment while ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
Responsibilities:
• Address and resolve employee concerns related to workplace issues, offering guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Manage recruitment efforts, including screening and interviewing candidates, and oversee onboarding processes for new team members.
• Implement engagement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and collaboration within the business unit.
• Support performance management processes by preparing reports, facilitating training sessions, and assisting in salary planning.
• Organize and coordinate learning and development programs to foster employee growth.
• Participate in HR-related special projects, collaborating across business units or with corporate HR teams.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and data to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Uphold and promote the company’s values, mission, and ethical standards in all interactions and responsibilities.
