Personal Care Attendant

Two Rivers Supervisory Union is currently seeking a highly qualified individual to serve as a Personal Care attendant for a student at Ludlow Elementary School. We are looking for a team member who has a positive attitude and is patient and dependable. The candidates must also possess the qualities of patience creativity flexibility dependability consistency commitment and a desire to learn new skills. Candidates will need to have the ability to follow a detailed educational and behavioral plans income cases. The candidate will need to demonstrate collaborative skills and a willingness to engage in new learning and problem solving as a member of the educational include : Observe students performance and record relevant data to assess progressDiscuss assigned duties with classroom teachers to coordinate instructional effortsEnforce administration policies and rules governing studentsInstruct and monitor student in the use and care of equipment and materials to prevent injuries and damageSupervise student in classrooms halls cafeteria school yards and gymnasiumsAttend staff meetings and serve on appropriate committeesAssist in bus loading and unloadingUphold professional standards of duties as assignedThe ideal candidate will be self-motivated able & willing to work 1 : 1 with a student. Full time hours will include meetings consultations etc.
