A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead multiple product teams in driving platform stability and modernization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and mentor multiple scrum teams, fostering a culture of ownership and collaboration
Develop and execute the technical roadmap, balancing feature development with platform stability
Provide architectural guidance for modernizing legacy applications and oversee cloud-native service development
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in enterprise or SaaS software development, with 2+ years in a management role
Proven track record of hiring and leading high-performing software development teams
Hands-on architectural expertise in both legacy and modern technology stacks
Strong proficiency with SQL Server and NoSQL databases
Experience with Git and Agile development practices
