This is where you come into the picture, as we are looking for a Quantitative Developer who can design, develop, and optimize real-time trading systems. In this role, you will work closely with quants, analysts, and traders to push the boundaries of algorithmic execution. So if you are passionate about high-performance systems, data-driven decision-making, and collaborative problem-solving, this is your chance to make a real impact.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and implement a scalable and modular algorithmic trading framework for continuous algorithms, that interacts with the execution engine.
• Ensure system reliability through robust testing, monitoring, and failover mechanisms.
• Work closely with quants to improve framework and strategy performance.
• Understand algorithmic trading architectures and order execution logic.
• Experience deploying real-time trading systems that run continuously.
• Work closely with analysts and traders who contribute to the framework and utilize it for decision-making.
• Maintain thorough documentation of model functionalities and interfaces.
• Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure model accuracy and robustness.
• Ensure high-quality input data for models.
• Implement continuous monitoring processes to detect and address potential issues proactively.
• Drive initiatives for ongoing improvements in data quality and model performance alongside the team
