A company is looking for an Escrow Assistant focused on real estate purchase and sale transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Perform administrative duties to assist in the escrow process, including opening orders and preparing documents for closing
Communicate requirements and information to clients while interpreting agreements related to closing
Handle the complete disbursement and follow-up of all escrow transactions
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in an escrow-related position
Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite
Minimum education requirement : High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience with curative / title clearing and balancing closing disclosures is preferred
Ability to work remotely and maintain professionalism in a customer service role
