Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify student needs and develop individualized therapy plans.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities and daily routines.

Maintain accurate records of student progress, documenting improvements and adjusting therapy strategies as needed.

Provide professional guidance and support to staff on speech and language development techniques.

Qualifications

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Current SLP license in the state of California.

Experience working in a school or pediatric setting is preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for helping students thrive.
