Apple Autos is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic automotive sales consultant to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service. As an automotive sales consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs and preferences. Our dealership has been rated a top Minnesota workplace in the Star Tribune for the last 5 years, and we're looking to add a passionate problem-solver to our winning team and help us continue a legacy of excellence.

What You'll Do

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Identify customer needs and provide recommendations on suitable vehicles.
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits.
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and industry trends.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Prepare and process all required paperwork for vehicle transactions.

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated with strong desire to succeed.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
