Interstates is currently in search of talented and motivated Senior Estimator with at least 5 years' experience in industrial electrical estimating. Your role will be to work with our team of construction professionals and provide accurate and efficient cost estimates for projects in the Northern Colorado area.

The estimating department is responsible for producing project-specific construction estimates based on written and/or oral instructions from our clients. Your role in this process will be as follows:
Additional Essential Functions:
Experience estimating a wide range of projects up to 7 million dollars in value. Preferred to have experience with the following software's: Microsoft Project (scheduling software), Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam, Microsoft Outlook, AutoCAD, and one of the major computerized estimating programs (e.g., BHS, Accubid, etc). Analytical, problem-solving mentality. Team player, self-motivated, gets along well with supervisors, peers and subordinates. Excellent verbal and written communication. Able to track and organize project and information. Able to calculate figures and amounts. Possesses sound judgement skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize work.
Bachelor's or associate's degree from two year college or Technical School in a construction related program. Experience: And/or a combination of education and 5-7 years' experience in estimating Industrial electrical projects.
The base pay range for this position is $100,000-120,000. Our salary ranges are determined by the experience and education required, and level of responsibility. The range posted for this role represents a range that Interstates, in good faith, believes it is willing to pay at the time of this posting. The pay is determined by job related skills, training, education, and experience.
This role will be based out of our Fort Collins, CO office. Travel: This role requires some occasional travel to job sites near Fort Collins area, per business needs and requirements (10%).
