Job Type : Internship (Paid), Full-time

Duration : Starting November 2025, for 6 months (renewable)

Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal & Admin Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a corporate legal environment, working closely with our leadership and external counsel on matters critical to a high-tech manufacturing and software company. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, a keen interest in intellectual property and corporate law, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative industry.

Key ResponsibilitiesThe Legal & Admin Intern will assist the team in a dual capacity : Legal Support :

  • Conducting legal research on intellectual property, data privacy, contract law, and industry-specific regulations (e.g., aerospace compliance).
  • Assisting with the preparation and review of contracts, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and other legal documentation.
  • Supporting compliance efforts related to international trade and technology transfer regulations.
  • Assisting in maintaining organized legal files and documentation systems.
  • Collaborating with external legal counsel on ongoing matters.

Administrative Support :

  • Providing general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing company records.
  • Assisting with preparing presentations and reports for management.
  • Managing office supply inventory and assisting with general office operations to ensure efficiency.
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

    • Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited Law School (preferred), or pursuing a Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Administration, Pre-Law, or a related field.
  • Strong academic performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software systems.
  • Familiarity with legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis, Legal AI tools) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team member.
  • A high level of professionalism and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality in a sensitive technology environment.
  • Interest in the technology, aerospace, semiconductors, or manufacturing industries is desirable.
