ARS Machine Operator

Nexeo HR is seeking a detail-oriented ARS Equipment Operator to support galvanizing operations on 2nd shift. This position plays a critical role in maintaining chemical process quality for galvanizing by operating and monitoring the Acid Reclamation System (ARS) and associated process tanks. The ideal candidate has prior galvanizing experience, strong attention to detail, and a safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the Acid Reclamation System (ARS) to maintain proper acid quality for galvanizing
• Clean and flux material in preparation for the galvanizing process
• Maintain and adjust operating parameters for pickling, caustic, flux, and rinse tanks
• Test, measure, and inspect chemical tanks to ensure correct process parameters
• Identify potential safety or quality risks and take corrective action as needed
• Communicate effectively with ARS, Pickling, and production teams across shifts
