Customer Service Representative

Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services

Additional duties which are necessary to carry out the function of the Customer Service Representative may be assigned and are incorporated by reference into this job description.

1. Answer phone calls and satisfy the customer's requests professionally and timely;
2. Key orders, pick-ups, and special promotions;
3. Provide customer with proper service information and use judgment to decide when to involve other departments or supervisor;
4. Provide accurate and timely follow-up to customer and teammates;
5. Provides information to customers relative to deliveries or other issues involving their order;
6. Assist customers when they are unable to transmit their order to the company;
7. Communicate and coordinate information and tasks with related departments;
8. Reports to work on time, as directed by the Supervisor, and completes all tasks in a timely and accurate competent manner;
9. Performs above all duties in a cooperative, professional manner, and processes/communicates the information effectively
