Position Description

Job Title : Student Assistant (Teaching / Research)

Department : Counseling

Reports To : Dr. Tameeka Hunter

Location : Remote via Zoom

Date : September 11, 2025 to August 21, 2026

Employment Status : Part Time; approximately 10 hours per week

Overview

Student Assistant for multiple courses, research projects, and tasks Standard Research Assistant Duties & Responsibilities :

Specific Duties and Responsibilities :

• Assist with quantitative and / or qualitative research projects
• Conduct literature review / annotated bibliography / reference list development
• Assist with survey creation
• Collect and analyze data
• Maintain accurate records safeguarding the confidentiality of subjects, as necessary
• Attend project meetings
• Complete clerical updates to Canvas
• Assist with course tasks
