What you'll do...

• Build the financial foundation : develop and own the financial models, cost analyses, and profitability forecasts for a groundbreaking new EV platform from the ground up.
• Be a proactive problem-solver : go beyond the numbers to independently identify financial risks in our supply chain, manufacturing process, and go-to-market strategy. Your job is to anticipate bottlenecks and clear the path for the engineering and product teams.
• Drive strategy with data : analyze complex financial scenarios to guide critical decisions on everything from material sourcing to vehicle pricing, ensuring we stay on track to hit our ambitious cost and profitability targets.
• Communicate the vision : work directly with our leadership to translate complex financial data into a clear story, providing the visibility needed to navigate this high-stakes project.

Who we're looking for core qualifications :

Even better, you may have some experience with coding (Python), AI, and / or automation experience.

This is a hybrid role, in Long Beach, CA, in-person four days per week and remote one day per week.

This position is a range of salary grades SG5-SG8.
