FlexGen is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the FP&A team to maintain forecasting models, perform analysis, and partner across teams to improve data accuracy and financial visibility. The ideal candidate is sharp, detail-oriented, and structured in how they work.

Major Job Responsibilities :

• Maintain and update forecasting models across the P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and core operating metrics
• Assist in preparing monthly reporting packages, including variance and fluctuation analysis
• Support the maintenance of FlexGen's financial data structure, partnering with Accounting, Operations, and Sales to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Refresh and maintain dashboards used for executive reporting
• Assist with annual budgeting and forecasting, including preparing schedules, gathering inputs, and updating templates
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and provide decision support for leadership and cross-functional teams
• Contribute to process documentation and support automation initiatives led by senior members of the FP&A team
