Join our team as a Nurse Manager (Wellness Manager) and play a key role in supporting our brand-new Continuing Care building!

In this leadership role, you’ll champion exceptional clinical care through the Erickson Person-Centered Approach while fostering a supportive environment for both residents and staff. The Wellness Manager is responsible for coordinating and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for all new Continuing Care employees and delivering ongoing clinical education to promote professional growth and excellence.

This is an exciting opportunity to help shape our new Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods in collaboration with the Administrator and fellow Wellness Managers.

How you will make an impact

Compensation : Salary range starting at $100k with potential for annual bonus up to 8%. Salary based on experience
