About You
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependable individual who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and takes ownership of their responsibilities, ensuring installations, inventory, purchasing, and communication are handled accurately and on time.
The successful candidate works well independently, anticipates problems before they arise, and adapts quickly when schedules or materials change. They are solution-focused, comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and consistently look for ways to improve processes and increase efficiency. Experience in construction or a related field, combined with strong administrative and organizational skills, will allow this individual to excel in supporting technicians and ensuring smooth, on-time job completion.
Position Summary
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for coordinating installations, managing inventory and purchasing, communicating with builders and customers, and ensuring technicians are fully prepared for each job. This role requires strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in QuickBooks and Google Workspace.
