Job Duties

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans : Assess the individual needs of patients and formulate specific therapy strategies to help them reach functional milestones.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques : Apply evidence-based interventions to boost patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily function.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Teams : Work collaboratively with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Educate Patients and Families : Inform patients and caregivers about therapy methods to facilitate progress beyond the clinical setting.
• Track Progress and Document Outcomes : Monitor developmental progress and modify treatment plans accordingly to ensure therapeutic success.
