As a Prep Cook, you will support our chefs by preparing ingredients and ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen — helping us deliver a world-class dining experience every day.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare and portion ingredients to recipe specifications.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times.

Assist with basic cooking and plating tasks as needed.

Uphold food safety and hygiene standards consistently.

Support the culinary team with daily prep and inventory.

Ideal Candidate :

1–2 years of kitchen experience preferred fine dining.

Strong knife skills and understanding of kitchen safety.

Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
