Schedule : 7 Days / Week Rotation

Job Description :

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support patient care in a skilled nursing facility setting. The PTA will work under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitative services that promote mobility, functional independence, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities :

• Deliver therapeutic interventions as outlined in the established care plan.
• Assist patients in improving strength, mobility, and functional abilities.
• Monitor and document patient progress in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements.
• Modify treatment techniques based on patient response and therapist guidance.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and functional activities.
• Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary care team to support holistic patient care.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation.
• Ensure safe use of equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Promote a positive and supportive therapy environment.
• Adhere to all professional, ethical, and facility standards.
