Digital Delivery Manager

STV is seeking a Digital Delivery Manager for our Water / Wastewater Digital Delivery Team to provide leadership, technical guidance, project support, and mentorship in building information modeling (BIM) for one of our Texas offices. The ideal candidate will have the technical acumen and managerial skills to facilitate smooth design, coordination, and construction workflows while optimizing project quality and productivity.

Responsibilities include :

• Implement, and oversee company BIM standards, procedures, and protocols in collaboration with technical and design teams.
• Lead multi-disciplinary BIM coordination meetings and facilitate resolution of complex design and coordination issues.
• Provide hands-on support for BIM software suite, troubleshooting issues and ensuring optimal performance.
• Provide production and modeling support across all project phases, ensuring high-quality BIM deliverables and alignment with design intent and project goals.
• Manage and oversee the creation and maintenance of the digital design library, including families, templates, Dynamo scripts.
• Evaluate project deliverables for compliance with BIM execution plans, standards, and client requirements.
• Interface directly with clients to define BIM deliverables, ensuring projects are executed as per agreed-upon BIM protocols.
• Promote continuous improvement by leveraging analytics to derive insights from project metrics.
• Train and mentor project teams in BIM best practices through both informal and formal learning sessions.
• Remain abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending tools and methodologies to further advance our BIM capabilities.

$112,253.66 - $149,671.54
