APEX Placement and Consulting has partnered with an exciting company in Benton Harbor, MI looking to add a Quality Supervisor to their already amazing team. Keep reading for more details!

What’s in it for you :

  • 12-hour shifts – 7pm-7 : 15am with OT required (3 nights on, 4 nights off then 4 nights on with 3 nights off)
  • Competitive salary from $70,000 - $85,000 depending on experience
  • Direct Hire position - you'll be hired on directly with our client!

    • What your day will look like :

  • Supervision of quality techs and CMM operators across all shifts
  • Will be responsible for meeting quality goals and standards
  • Support internal and third-party quality audits
  • Facilitate corrective action process
  • Audit processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Assist in new program development and upgrades

    • What we are looking for :

  • Strong background in a quality role
  • Experience in a leadership role with proven ability to lead a team of hourly employees
  • Experience with automotive manufacturing (casting / machining preferred)
  • Strong skills in blueprint reading and knowledge of GDT
  • Prefer experience and proficiency with CMM equipment
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
