Field Technician

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Field Technician to join our team. This role involves working directly with clients on-site to handle restoration, cleaning, and repair projects. The ideal candidate is hands-on, adaptable, and able to work independently while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations to perform restoration, cleaning, and repair services
• Assess job sites, document conditions, and record detailed notes/photos for reports
• Safely handle, pack, and transport items requiring cleaning or restoration
• Operate cleaning equipment, tools, and technology to complete assigned tasks
• Follow established procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards
• Communicate clearly with customers, team members, and supervisors
• Track job progress, update records, and ensure timely completion of assignments
• Assist in warehouse or shop operations as needed (sorting, cleaning, inventory, etc.)

Qualifications

• Prior experience in field service, restoration, moving, cleaning, or a related trade preferred (will train the right candidate)
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments (indoor, outdoor, sometimes dusty or damp conditions)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable using mobile apps or tablets for job tracking and communication
• Strong customer service and teamwork mindset

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
