About the Role

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our Employer Experience team. You will be leading our client-facing web and backend development team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a talented product and design team to drive the development of both client and internal-facing applications in a fast-paced environment.

This role is open to remote candidates across the U.S. For candidates based in New York City, the position follows a hybrid schedule with in-office work required Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week.

• Provide technical oversight and drive new features with a focus on Garner's strategic mission
• Build a high-performance team by mentoring, providing feedback, and hiring
• Continuously strive for quality while maintaining speed of delivery
• Collaborate across disciplines by identifying bottlenecks and risks, proposing mitigation, and communicating tradeoffs
• Protect our users' privacy and security through best practices

Compensation Transparency

The target salary range for this position is $182,000 - $234,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to : flexible PTO, Medical / Dental / Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.
