Overview
We are seeking a hospitality-minded Service Manager to lead front-of-house operations in a fine dining Italian restaurant. This is a hands-on leadership role for a polished professional who understands high-level service, leads by example, and supports both guests and staff on the floor. Italian cuisine and wine knowledge are a plus, but not required—training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily service with a strong, visible floor presence
- Ensure consistent execution of fine dining service standards
- Prioritize tasks to support an exceptional guest experience
- Mentor and guide front-of-house staff
- Step into any FOH role as needed (service, bar, host stand)
- Support scheduling, inventory (supplies, liquor, wine), and labor management
- Read and understand a P&L
- Take on additional responsibilities (e.g., bar operations) based on expertise
Qualifications
