What Youll Do:

• Drivegrowth and awarenessof our hospice services in the Scottsdale area
• Develop and maintainstrong referral relationshipswith healthcare providers, hospitals, assisted living facilities, and the community
• Implementstrategic marketing and sales plansto meet and exceed growth targets
• Educate professionals and the community about thebenefits of hospice care
• Work closely with ourclinical and leadership teamsto ensure seamless patient transitions and high-quality care

What Were Looking For:

• 1-2 years of hospice experience preferred
• Strong industry knowledgeand established relationships in the Scottsdale market
• Proven success in business development, sales, or marketingwithin hospice, home health, or a related healthcare field
• A compassionate and mission-driven mindsetwith a passion for helping others
• Excellent communication and networking skills
