Assistant Nurse Manager - ICU / IMCU Seattle (Evenings)

Outstanding opportunity for an ICU / IMCU Assistant Nurse Manager in Seattle, Washington. This position requires four shifts per week from 1 : 00 PM to 11 : 45 PM with rotating weekends every third weekend.

Prior critical care, ICU / IMCU, ED, progressive care, step down, med / surg, and tele experience are needed. The job summary includes assisting in the implementation of best practice models, patient care delivery systems, and supporting investigations into patient / family concerns. The role also involves supervising the use and maintenance of equipment, supplies, and medications, and supporting the creation of a safe environment for patients and employees.

Essential responsibilities include recommending developmental opportunities, supervising daily activities, managing hospital administrative functions, managing care delivery operations, and ensuring safe, quality, and standardized care delivery.

Minimum qualifications include two years of patient care delivery experience, an associates degree in a related field, and one year of leadership experience. A registered nurse license and advanced cardiac life support certification are required. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in nursing and pediatric advanced life support certification.
