Sprinkler Estimator / Seller

We're looking for a motivated Sales Representative / Estimator to join our fire protection team. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives on building relationships, generating new business, and delivering accurate project estimates. You'll play a key part in driving revenue growth and ensuring successful fire sprinkler installations for commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities with general contractors and other key partners.
• Prepare accurate estimates and proposals for fire sprinkler installation projects.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams-including design, project management, and field crews-to ensure smooth project handoff and execution.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Provide technical guidance on fire protection systems and compliance standards.
• Track sales performance, prepare forecasts, and report progress to leadership.
• Stay informed on industry trends, NFPA standards, and competitive offerings.
