Sprinkler Estimator / Seller
We're looking for a motivated Sales Representative / Estimator to join our fire protection team. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives on building relationships, generating new business, and delivering accurate project estimates. You'll play a key part in driving revenue growth and ensuring successful fire sprinkler installations for commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities with general contractors and other key partners.
- Prepare accurate estimates and proposals for fire sprinkler installation projects.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams-including design, project management, and field crews-to ensure smooth project handoff and execution.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Provide technical guidance on fire protection systems and compliance standards.
- Track sales performance, prepare forecasts, and report progress to leadership.
- Stay informed on industry trends, NFPA standards, and competitive offerings.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; NICET certification preferred.Minimum 5 years of experience estimating and quoting fire sprinkler systems.Strong knowledge of NFPA codes and fire protection regulations.Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and estimating software.Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset.Ability to present technical information clearly to clients and stakeholders.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.Benefits
Salary $65-80K (based on experience)
