Requires any combination of education and experience equivalent to an associate’s degree in accounting or a closely related field.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT :
In addition to satisfying the vocational / educational standard, this class requires a minimum of two years of related, full-time equivalent experience.
SPECIAL CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES :
Depending on operational needs, may require a valid driver’s license and a driving record in compliance with .
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS :
Employees may be expected to work hours in excess of their normally scheduled hours in response to short-term department needs and / or City-wide emergencies. Preferred Qualifications Must be organized, have a strong attention to detail, able to communicate effectively with others, and manage time efficiently. Experience with public safety or 207(k) exempt employees, Kronos, Telestaff, and / or Munis a plus. Must have thorough working knowledge with Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Word, and Excel
