Evening and weekend shifts available | W-F 7p8a and SaSu 7a8p Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is seeking an experienced and dependable caregiver or CNA to provide exceptional one-on-one care for a client with continuous, round-the-clock needs in the comfort of their home. The ideal candidate will be confident using a Hoyer lift, remain alert and attentive during overnight hours, and approach care with both skill and compassion. There is a friendly service dog in the home, so comfort around animals is important. The client prefers a caregiver who is COVID-vaccinated for added peace of mind. This position is a great fit for someone who takes pride in providing high-quality, attentive care and enjoys making a meaningful difference in someone's life. You will also work closely with other clinicians and therapists, maintaining clear communication with the client's family to ensure the best possible support and continuity of care.

Your Role Includes :

• Assisting with personal care and mobility
• Using a Hoyer lift safely and effectively
• Performing light household tasks and meal preparation
• Offering genuine companionship and emotional support
• Collaborating with the care team and communicating with the client's family
