Location : Tulsa, OK | Pay Rate : 28.75 / hour | Schedule : Full-Time, 1st Shift (5am - 3 : 30pm)

As a Structural Mechanic at PDS Tech Commercial, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and maintenance of aircraft structures. Working in a team-oriented environment with minimal supervision, you will ensure that all structural components meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Your expertise will directly impact the performance and reliability of cutting-edge aerospace technology.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

Must have Aircraft Structural Mechanic Experience

Perform assembly and fitting of detail parts and structures, including drilling and riveting operations.

Conduct sheet metal layout, fabrication, and installation of parts and equipment on aircraft.

Rivet structural members, assemblies, and parts using various tools.

Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, sketches, and operation sheets.

Ensure all work meets quality standards and customer expectations.

Instruct and assist team members in interpreting blueprints and resolving production issues.

Maintain logs and records, and ensure a defect-free assembly prior to final inspection.

Align and assemble parts using jigs, holding fixtures, and fasteners.

Perform repairs and rework to ensure installations meet conformity.

Maintain a neat and orderly work area, supporting the company's 5S & Lean Initiative Program.

Required :

High School Diploma or GED.

Must have 4 years of related structural assembly experience.

Basic computer and shop math skills.

Ability to read and comprehend documents and instructions.

Skilled in close tolerance work and use of special tools and equipment.

Ability to work any shift and in small spaces or restricted areas.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Preferred :

Experience working with Solumina and Smarteam.

Q-stamp certification.

Ability to work with composite resins and materials.

Pay Details : 28.75 per hour
