Key Responsibilities
Oversee branch activities including sales, recruiting, and staff supervision
Stay updated on loan program guidelines and federal / state regulations
Recruit top mortgage professionals and maintain strategic client relationships
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Mortgage Branch Manager
Proven production history in mortgage management
Robust knowledge of FNMA / FHLMC and FHA / VA programs
Working knowledge of Encompass and Velocify (Leads 360)
